Developed with Andy Pruitt from the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine, the BG Footbed & Shim system improves efficiency, increases comfort, and reduces potential injury. BG Shims allow the rider to adjust forefoot varus/valgus angle for optimum foot-knee-hip alignment. Shims are placed under the footbed and can be easily adjusted without tools.
Using the appropriate amount of BG Shims, the rider can adjust forefoot angle to optimize biomechanical foot/knee/hip alignment.
Package includes 2 pr +/varus shims and 1 pr -/valgus shims
Each shim offers 1.5mm of adjustment
