Thomas Michalski

Thomas is the longest serving member of the race team, he has been on the podium on  numerous occasions.

Looking back at 2017.

1 st place XC Ulster League Overall – S1

3 rd place Irish NPS League Overall – S1

1 st Place XC Ulster League – Castlewellan – S1

2 nd Place XC Ulster League – Craigavon -S1

3rd Place XC Ulster League – Davagh – S1

7 th Place Polish National Championships – Masters M30

His career highlights to date was

Racing at European Marathon Championships in Ballyhoura in 2014

4 th Place Polish National Championships – Masters M30 – 2015

5 th Place Polish National Championships – Masters M30 – 2016

Thomas has been training hard over the winter to date and hopes to better his 2017 season by clinching a medal at Polish National Champs in Masters M30 Category.

Thomas is clearly a family guy, who spends any free time off his bike with his wife and 2 kids. 

He can be found with his two boys, showing them the world on two wheels, by foot or in the water.

Graham Boyd

Graham has been involved with the race team for 6 years now. He has had a good 2017/18 season on both his XC and CX bikes.

His highlight to date was

A national squad call up back in 2007 (Junior) for the Mountain Bike World Championships in Fort William.

Graham’s 2018 prep is going well. He has been concentrating on the 2017 cross races and it has been his best season to date.

He is hoping to get a bit more silverware in 2018, with the big aim being a national medal at the Mountain Bike champs.

Ciaran Dixon

The newest squad member, embarking on his first season with the team.

His career highlights to date was Ulster CX champion.

Ciaran has given himself some big goals for the 2018 season and has been working hard over the winter months to achieve these goals. Selection for Youth tour of Scotland. Top 15 errigal 3 day and top 5  national champs

Thomas Creighton

Thomas is now in his 2nd year with the team.

16 wins in both XC and CX in Irish leagues

52nd place in World CX Championships. (Ireland)

60th  European XC Championships

49th Hoogerheide World Cup CX (Ireland)

To say he had a good year would be an understatement.

His career highlights to date was getting selected to ride for Team Ireland at the 2018 World Championships in CX.

Thomas has set himself some big goals for 2018. He is looking to retain his National Mountain Bike title and to get selected for the World Mountain Bike Championships in Switzerland.

Niall Mc Loughlin

Niall is the very latest member of the team for 2018. Naill will be racing U14’s

Looking back at 2017.

Won the king of the mountains jersey twice in the Errigal International Youth Tour.

Won the king of the mountains jersey in Ras Mayo.

1st in the Ras Mayo time trial and main race.

1st SERC youth one day race.

1st  in the Galway Bay crit.

1st  in the Westport crit.

2nd in the Errigal International Youth Tour Time Trial.

2nd  in the Brian Mc Namara memorial cup.

Won the Connaught championships Time Trial, Race, Hill Climb and overall title.

Connaught Cyclo-Cross and Mountainbike champion.

1st Loughrea GP.

Rode with the Cannibal team in the Paris-Roubaix

Looking forward to the 2018 season.

To go to the Assen international Youth tour that is six days long as it is considered the biggest youth race in Europe.
