Faulty item returns

  • If an item is faulty the please do call us. We want to help. Manufacturer faults or faults that fall outside of wear and tear, whilst rare, will always be taken seriously. As each item and fault cannot be determined within a set of terms and conditions, we don't highlight what can be done. Instead, we simply say that our policy is on a per-item basis. Once we receive your returns items; where possible we will repair faults - it'll get your items back to you faster. Otherwise we will strive to replace them for a similar item or refund your money if it's within a 3 month period.

  • Our delivery time-frame estimates on the delivery page are based on items that are in-stock. We do show you items from suppliers, which will have slightly longer delivery times. That said, we do offer the most competitive times and prices that we can and if an item is in stock it's rare that it will take longer than our estimated times.
  • If you've got a question not relating to a specific product then chances are we've been asked it before.
