With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Hassle free returns

We cannot accept returns without a completed returns form.

Returns Policy

Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in

our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the

particular offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.

Returns (refunds and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to

return or exchange an item bought with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your

purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That

means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must

be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus

items.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not

send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory

quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.

But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be

the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).

After the initial 30 days, you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the

right to a repair or replacement

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that

we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your

refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be

applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If you paid

for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

 Books or other paper products with obvious signs of use;

 Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not

due to our error; and

 Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially

posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

retailer of your cancellation to return the goods. The refund will include any standard delivery

charges paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.

We will refund to you the price paid for the items and (unless you did not pay for delivery) the

delivery charges that you paid up to a maximum amount of the cost of our standard delivery

option. You will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days of our

receipt of the cancelled items or, if earlier, within 14 days from the day we receive proof of

Pinarello Dogma XC XX SL 120 Disc Mountain Bike in Luxter Grey

Season:2026

Brand:Pinarello

Code:C1941821214LuxterGRY

We are back!

The Dogma XC frames were born from the collaboration with Tom Pidcock and Pauline Ferrand-Prévot, two of the strongest riders in modern cross-country racing.

The project immediately achieved a historic milestone with a double victory at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, confirming the ability of the Dogma XC and Dogma XC Hardtail platforms to excel at the highest level.

Throughout the 2024 and 2025 seasons, Tom Pidcock has claimed numerous World Cup wins, further establishing the Dogma XC as a benchmark for performance, precision, and speed.

Features:

  • Unique Bottom Bracket Area
This frame delivers extreme stiffness in the rear triangle and bottom bracket, thanks to an oversized bearing and pivot point for the rear triangle.
  • Flex Stays
Having just three pivot points on the rear triangle typically inhibits rear wheel travel, but the bikes’ unique geometry and integration of flex stays combine to enable travel in a more direct manner. These innovations also save weight, improve stiffness, and deliver an improved connection between rider and rear wheel.
  • Split Rear Triangle
The rear triangle comprises two distinct semi-triangles fitted to a main rotation point using a unique design where two pins are moulded to the frames. This results in the elimination of a classic external ‘bridge’ which allows for a reduced chain stay length and delivers improved handling and reactivity, the elimination of critical mud accumulation areas and the ability to adopt wider tires, providing riders with a greater range of options.
  • Kinematics
The rear suspension kinematics take the integration of flex stays into account to maximize energy transfer while pedalling, deliver optimal compression/rebound on technical descents, and enable maximal rider control.
Friction at each pivot point has also been minimized by utilizing a mixed bearings/bushing system. Bushings have been incorporated as they are durable enough to absorb the high impact and low rotational forces placed upon them, whereas bearings have been integrated where the opposite forces apply (low impact/high rotation). This results in reduced energy dispersion, increased reactivity of the rear end, and increased durability of the system.
Anti-rise and anti-squat values have also been studied to create a bike which excels on both the steepest climbs and most technical descents.
  • Adjustable Travel
The ability to move the suspension connection point under the top tube allows different rear shock absorbers to be fitted, accommodating for a range of travel options and allowing the riders to match their bike to the unique demands of each ride.
  • Asymmetry
The rear triangle utilizes a patented asymmetric design with the left-hand side being reinforced, allowing the bike to counterbalance the higher forces being applied on the opposite side of the drivetrain. This results in more balanced energy transfer, improved speed and traction.
Asymmetry has also been maximized in other areas of the frame, with the chain and seat stays pushing this concept to the next level in order to withstand the powerful accelerations which are delivered in elite cross-country races.
  • Cockpit
The custom designed, fully integrated cockpits save weight and offer increased driving precision compared to a two- piece alternative. Fully integrated cable routing is also incorporated, as is a specific headset bearing which features an internal stopper to prevent the handlebar from over-rotating.
